Road to Socialism

The national Democrat leadership wants to quick march America down the road to socialism. The Republican elite are happy to slow walk the country down the same path. Either way the destination is far from the place our Founding Fathers wanted for our nation. Progressives completely comprise Democrat leadership at the national level. Show me a conservative Democrat. Is there a single moderate Democrat now in the upper echelons of the Democrat Party? The Republican Party still has conservatives among the ranks, but the GOP elite now are infested with progressive ideology. Boehner and McConnell are to the left of where Democrat icon JFK was on many issues. It is time either for conservatives to retake control of the GOP or for there to be an authentic conservative party that rises to save the nation.
