Christians Under Attack

Two churches were attacked today by human bombs acting in the name of Islam in the city of Lahore, Pakistan. Fourteen worshipers were murdered and more than seventy others wounded. Sadly, this is no isolated incident. Recently, twenty-one Christians from Egypt had their heads chopped off on a Libyan beach by fanatic Islamists. A Christian pastor Saeed Abedini, who is an American citizen, is imprisoned in Iran because of his faith. In the Arab, and more broadly, the Muslim world, it is becoming increasingly dangerous to practice Christianity. Leaders of Western nations, nominally Christian countries, have said little in support of the besieged Christians of the Middle East, and done even less. Barack Hussein Obama has done next to nothing to protect the Christians of the Middle East and Muslim-majority countries, as more are persecuted and even martyred in Pakistan, Iraq, Syria, and Libya.
