Deliberately Distorting Facts

When any side lies, they must be called out. Many on the Right have called out Joe Biden's plans to provide the Ukraine with F-16 jet fighters. They distort a Biden quote about US pilots fighting on Kyiv's behalf to say providing aircraft and training will start World War III. That is NOT what Joe said. His language was specific. Sure if our Air Force was shooting down Russian jets, it would mean an expanded conflict, but there is little chance of that if all America is doing is supplying almost half century old fighter planes and training Ukrainian personnel in some third country. I doubt even Putin is crazy enough to launch a wider war over such an insignificant increase in aid to the nation that after all is the one under attack.
