A Little Preview

Demonstrations accompanied by some violence have afflicted the NATO conference in Chicago. Fortunately, events have not been borne out to be the 1968 Democratic convention all over again, but that is largely thanks to vigilance by the authorities and some proper policing. Do not think though for an instant that instability or indeed, even chaos, could not at some point stalk America's streets.
