Destabilizing the World

North Korea, a nation whose gross national product is the misery of a populace held as slaves, almost farcically attempted a "satellite launch" that was thankfully a dud but managed to stoke tension across the Korean Peninsula through nervous Japan and right into the corridors of power in Washington. This mouse that could not quite muster a roar had the free world quaking in their boots. Can you imagine the degree of chaos that would have ensued had the launch been a success?
