All nine hundred deployed US military personnel from Fulton County, Georgia coming in for Biden, though numerous troops from there said they actually cast votes for Trump. If machines were rigged, that certainly would be a factor, but there was enough traditional vote fraud to change the outcome, even without high tech interference.
