The Last Dollar

As if a thirty-four percent property tax increase was not enough, our spendthrift mayor and our Metro Council are going to spend over a billion more dollars on a mass transit plan. In the age of COVID, this is lunacy, but it is par for the course for the DemocRATS that run my hometown of Nashville against the interest of most of the citizenry. They are eager to use their power to shut down small business, using the pandemic as a rationale. They are willing to tax families that have been here generations right out of the city, and they sicken me with their arrogance.
