Holding the Leash

Whatever the US attempts to contain North Korea, Red China remains the key to holding Pyongyang in check. North Korea will not act against the interests and instruction of Beijing. The North Koreans are a client state to Red China without another sponsor. The regime in Pyongyang can not survive without Red China.
