Fully Automatic Weapons

Any semiautomatic weapon can have its sear filed down to convert it to be able to fire continuously with one pull of the trigger until the magazine is empty or the belt runs out. It is illegal to file a sear down in this manner, but if you are willing to shoot complete strangers, absolutely innocent people, you obviously have no compunction about breaking the law.
