Who Targets Jews?

I watched some disturbing video from Melbourne, Australia. In one video, a Jew who had a ticket to attend the Council session where the locals were interjecting themselves gratuitously into the Middle East conflict was assaulted by terror enthusiasts who ended up knocking him down, and then the kippah-wearing victim was manhandled by the police, detained, and banned from the city, while the perpetrator was left unmolested by law enforcement, who like the attacker, lied about every aspect of the encounter and its aftermath. In a second video, I saw a journalist, who is not even Jewish, assaulted because it was perceived that his friend is Jewish journalist Avi Yemeni. Once again, the police ignored the assault and instead bullied the reporter who had been the one attacked in the presence of the authorities. It appears that the authorities in Australia are so cowed by Muslims and intimidated by terror supporters that they will not protect Jewish Australians or even those non-Jews seen as standing with Jews.
