Fracking and Packing

For several years, Democrats including old Joe Biden have pledged to end hydraulic fracturing as a means of domestically producing oil in the United States. Biden even stated that as an eventual goal during the final Presidential debate. Now, that the former Vice President sees that position costing him votes, Biden is backing away from his promised ban on fracking. He was either lying then when he said he WOULD BAN fracking or now, when he says he won't. He can not have it both ways. Old Joe is also declaring his position on packing the United States Supreme Court. If he is not willing to state that he will not add to the number of justices on the nation's highest court, he is tacitly admitting his plan to pack the court.
