Presumption of Innocence

I do not like this new system. I do not know how anyone can prove a negative. How do you prove something did not happen? As nebulous as Dr. Ford's allegations are, you can not even establish a date certain when her alleged attempted rape occurred. Judge Kavanaugh can not produce an alibi showing he was somewhere else if he can not even firm up the date the supposed crime took place. It is a scandal to hold an honorable person to an impossible standard and to wreck his future with charges from the distant past that are impossible to refute but also and more importantly lack a scintilla of evidence.
