Just Spend Away

Social critics from Pope Francis on down have condemned consumerism. What more fair way of distribution is there than free market capitalism? How nice was life in planned economies like the Soviet Union? Pope Francis could not be more wrong. Allowing a person to offer their labor for the price they believe it is worth and buying what they need and want with the proceeds is the best way ever devised to distribute resources.
