Donald Trump wants to rebuild America's infrastructure, just as Barack Obama said he wanted to do. The difference is that with Trump's plan, the roads, bridges, airports, and air traffic control network may actually be rebuilt, rather than just throwing a trillion dollars to unions to keep electing Democrats, which is essentially what Obama did.
