A Disturbing Rumor

I heard that many public sector workers up east are going to sit out the storm to make Trump look bad. They allegedly want it to look like Trump can't even handle a blizzard, much less all the more complex tasks facing a President. I hope this isn't true, because Nor'easters can kill.
