Disabled a Target

My Father was without a doubt handicapped. Since early November 2011, he needed the assistance of others to live. Dad had accumulated sufficient resources that he would never necessarily have become a burden whose care was funded by the state. Father's death was deliberately hastened and surely he is not the only patient so targeted.
