Very Sick System

Much of my Father's care seems to have been predicated on the structure of his insurance more than his medical needs.The patient's condition must be the determining factor, not the cost of treatment or rationed care is already here. Dad will evidently have one more day (today) in critical care to monitor his sugar and sodium levels before he is sent back to a regular medical floor. And we will keep on praying.
