An Obvious Outcome

If you put hundreds of troops and even more law enforcement officers from various Federal agencies on the streets of the nation's capital, crime will go down there. Saturation policing works every time it is tried in reducing criminality in a particular locality, but unfortunately, there are not enough National Guardsmen to duplicate this tactic in every DemocRAT city beset by violence at the same time.
