The Nazi Judges

Because any particular judge or court system or even highest court makes or upholds or overturns a ruling, that does not make it right. Remember Dred Scott? Ever watched the movie "Judgement at Nuremberg"? The law in Germany upheld persecution at every turn. Just because someone dons a black robe or a white wig, that does not make them right. I would consider Judge Merchan's antics just as valid as those of Hitler's judges.
