Russia is perfectly willing to starve the world to advance Putin's greed for conquest. Russia and the Ukraine happen to be great grain producers, and now Russia is eager to deprive much of the world the foodstuffs from the neighbor little Vlad is bent on subduing. Putin does not care if folks die in Africa and Asia because their source of supply of wheat has suddenly been blocked by Russian forces. Only one side, Russia, will be to blame for mass starvation well beyond where fighting is taking place.
