Second Dose Worries

Several friends have had a much worse time with their second COVID puncture. Mom has not had a terrible time with the first (yet), but the next one scares us. If you refuse the second, you still have some protection from the first injection against the virus. I have little trepidation about time-tested vaccines but something with no long-term record leaves a lot of questions.
