Act of Barbarism

Blowing up a bunch of young people including children, who were simply out enjoying a night of music, solves nothing and is truly evil. The bomber killed himself, but those who inspired the mass murder (including those who made the bomb or told the bomber how to make it) must be found and dealt justice.
