The Bear Roars

Russia has sent warplanes to buzz a US Navy vessel. Russia has a spy ship just off the US coast. Russia has apparently deployed a cruise missile banned by a treaty with the United States. This last act shows the value of treaties with adversaries. President Trump is well-aware of these developments and is no pushover like his "red lines" in Syria predecessor was.
