Instruments of Tyranny

Why would the Federal government absent the US military need over one and one half billion rounds of ammunition? Why would domestic agencies of the Federal government require two thousand seven hundred armored vehicles? I would contend that the Obama regime would only need so much armament if they felt they would have to turn back a civil insurrection by a significant portion of the American people. I fear Team Obama will direct that force against the domestic population of the US.
