You really do not need a black box or extensive forensic examination to understand the collision at LaGuardia. A fire truck, which is somewhat maneuverable, pulled onto a runway in front of a jet airplane that is not capable of quick turns on the ground. Whoever in the control tower cleared the truck to drive on that particular runway at that time caused the impact.
