The "Chosen" People

I do not know if it is such a good thing to be Jewish as I am, as I note two of the four victims of the Manhattan murderer were women who were Jews. Yes, with us constituting two tenths of one percent of the world's population, half of the innocent lives taken were of my coreligionists. Odds would be incalculable against such a tiny minority being slaughtered at random but our good Lord tolerated that hit by lightning type of event. If we are this "chosen", perhaps we would fare better if G-d picks some other group. 

Fed Earns "F"

The Federal Reserve is deliberately stifling the Trump economy. I accuse them of pure anti-Trump political partisanship. 

Three Percent Growth!

I worried that at this moment we would be in a Trump tariff-induced recession. I am glad to admit that I could not have been more wrong. The United States is enjoying steady growth at a sustainable rate with the Gross Domestic Product just gauged at having 3% expansion in the last quarter, We are not receding and certainly a long way from a cataclysmic depression that I know we ultimately would have suffered under the hard Harris socialism we were so blessed to avoid. 

An American Tariffist

Donald Trump is something of a protectionist, and I feared his tariffs would harm the economy and our nation. I had visions of Smoot-Hawley exacerbating the Great Depression and thought Trump's tariffs would be causing the same type of dislocation. To this point, I admit I am wrong, and that the President is a master strategist using the tariffs and threat thereof as a means to strengthen America's negotiating positions. There are and will be new duties on foreign goods imposed by master tactician Trump, but under the careful management of the President and his economic team, the possible harms of the tariff policy are being mitigated and our nation is prevailing in economic talks with countries that have taken advantage of Uncle Sucker since the 1970's. Under Trump, we win!

Grotesque Genocide Lie

In the first instance, why have none of Israel's Arab neighbors welcomed "refugees" from Gaza? Why is Egypt not held to account for denying Gazans an escape route along the shared border? In the second instance, if Gazans are "starving", why has the United Nations stockpiled massive amounts of food aid there, rather than delivering it? It is because the UN will not distribute the rations under American and Israeli auspices and insists Hamas, the terror group that started the conflict have a hand in doling the meals out. Hamas steals almost all the relief intended for the people and sells it to noncombatants at exorbitant prices or uses it to feed its own fighters. Is the situation bad in the Gaza? Obviously, yes it is because the people who started the war with a real attempt at genocide of the Jews still run Gaza and are intent to continue their aggression against their Jewish cross-border neighbors, some of whom they are still holding as hostages. 

Just Nine Billion

To cut nine billion dollars of spending, it was like pulling teeth from an angry rhinoceros. In a nation with trillions in debt and around three and a half trillion dollars in annual Federal spending, the powers-that-be made it difficult to even have a tiny reduction in the bloated expenditure. We are not talking about paring back nine hundred billion or even just 90, but a mere nine billion dollars, or an amount that might be a tad more than Trump's net worth or a small fraction of Elon Musk's giant nest egg. The President is serious about saving the taxpayers money, but the Congress obviously and sadly is not. 

Biden: Deficit Hawk?

Some empty-headed DemocRATS on social media are claiming that the previous President battled mightily against the Federal deficit. Crumbling Joe did no such thing. The extraordinary government spending engendered by COVID simply ended. That was all the reduction of debt there was, save for some curs to the one necessary Federal expenditure, that being the defense of our nation. Trump wrestles against the deficit but had to spend because of the Pandemic. Biden never really took an effort to limit government spending. Only the fear contagion subsided and the never-before seen budgeting for the China plague naturally ended. 

The Real Resistance

Donald Trump is trying to preserve liberty on this earth and restore prosperity in America. Who would oppose an American President doing that? The people attempting to thwart Trump at every turn are Communists and/or Islamists and/or lunatics. What sane person does not want to live free and be prosperous? 

No Consequences Though

I believe Truth or Consequence is a town in New Mexico. It is not a situation high-ranking DemocRATS encounter in Washington, D.C. Obama apparently led the "get-Trump" forces. He will never be convicted of leading or participating in undermining his successor's Presidency though, as he is NOT a Republican. Only GOP members are called to account in our nation's capital. If Obama were a white Republican, the powers that be would be readying a prison cell for him right now. 

The Real "Collusion"

The actual collusion was not between Trump and the Russians, but between the high-ranking DemocRATS trying to deny Trump the Presidency, then remove him from power, and finally to incarcerate Trump on bogus charges. Trump was and is strongly against Putin's expansionist ambitions. It was Obama who allowed the Russian dictator to capture Crimea. It was Biden who sent Putin the signal that a "limited incursion" into the rest of the Ukraine would not necessarily draw the wrath of the United States. The conspiracy was never Trump cooperating with a Russian tyrant but between Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and their confidants undermining Trump. 

Met Ozzy Once

It was almost inevitable if you grew up in the Nashville of old that you would end up rubbing shoulders with certain celebrities. One of the luminaries I crossed paths with was the gone-too-soon Ozzy Osbourne, who left us earlier today but not without leaving behind a legacy of memorable music and occasional controversial antics. I had occasion to speak with him twice at two different locations on the same night, though he seemed almost catatonic sitting alone with his retinue watching him with a non-alcoholic beverage at Sherlock Holmes English pub on Elliston Place during Ozzfest Nashville, and later that same night at South Street Crabshack and next door at Bound'ry. He had listened to my conversation with the English Jewish bartender at the pub earlier in the evening, and knew me by name and cared enough to warn me off a music producer's extremely famous singer wife. I didn't realize when I said "hi" to him early in the evening that he even knew what city or perhaps not even what country he was in, as his eyes seemed glazed and he mumbled back something indecipherable, but later that night he called me by name and instructed me not to "mess with" Mutt Lange's spouse who I had shared a table with at South Street. Ozzy was a talent who enjoyed "interesting times". He will be missed, but his music will keep him with us in a way as long as there are ears to hear it. 

Palestinians Spurn Peace

The powers that be among the so-called "Palestinians" do not want peace. They will never settle for a "piece" of what is now (the democratic, tolerant, and pluralistic) Jewish State. Palestinian Authority and Hamas leaders want every centimeter of what is now leaders, as do Islamic Jihad members and the murderers of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command. No Palestinian with power is willing to compromise with Israel. None is willing to abide Jewish neighbors living as equals and few will tolerate live Jews at all. The "Palestinians" had a provisional state in Gaza and used it as the worst launching pad for terrorism that any had ever encountered, with rockets, then missiles, and finally a blood-drenched pogrom emanating from "free Palestine". No Israeli Jew, who is sane will ever countenance the two-state solution again, because their counterparts want only one state and that is a judenrein one. 

Why Play Fair?

Have you noticed Islamists initiate aggression, then flee and hide behind their women and children? The terrorists in Gaza built plenty of tunnels that their civilians could use as bomb shelters, but Hamas does not let noncombatants in, only the jihadists themselves and their hostages are permitted in the Gaza labyrinth. 

Islam and Tolerance

There is no coexistence with a certain religion that demands its adherents convert infidels by the sword and should they permit someone to live who is not a practitioner of this so-called faith, forces them to pay a "special tax" called jizyah. This religion instructs that male non-believers should be beheaded and their wives taken as sex slaves. The West should exclude any group that practices violence from the usual protection afforded religious freedom. 

Trump's Health Concerns

Donald Trump is not to this point mentally deteriorating the way his predecessor obviously was. The current President is an elderly man though, who could go from evident vigor to disability fast. People can be perfectly healthy one day to incapacitated the next. Trump is no exception to this inevitability. We only grow older and more infirm over the course of time (if we are fortunate enough to live to those so-called "golden years"). 

Truth About Critics

Those who hate Trump are glad to believe that the President and Epstein were bosom buddies, when in fact, the moment Trump got wind of improprieties Epstein was allegedly engaging in at Mar-a-Lago, the then developer and now leader of our nation, kicked the disreputable "financier" out of the club. Trump might have secrets he wants kept from the public, but they are not about perverted Jeffrey. 

Truth About Trump

For all the grandiose visions the President's supporters have of him, Trump is just one more self-serving politician. He keeps more promises than previous Presidents, but he is NOT perfect and perhaps not even good. 

Truth About Epstein

The world is curious about whether Epstein was an "asset" of some intelligence service. I would say that he quite possibly was, but the speculation that he was working for Israel is groundless. Israeli authorities have arrested several Jews on the ground there for spying on behalf of Iran during the recent conflict. Just because someone is Jewish by birth and practice does not mean they have a superior loyalty or even any loyalty to the Jewish State. Could Epstein have been an agent of Israel's intelligence service? Maybe, but he also could have had other masters not connected to Jerusalem or Tel Aviv at all. 

Bizarre Kentucky Shooting

Apparently, a white convert from Christianity to Islam decided to attack a State Trooper and then gun down members of a Lexington, Kentucky-area church. The gunmen evidently had mental health issues, but authorities must look into his dealings online to find if any foreign actors influenced his madness. 

Bongino's Ultimate Integrity

You will know if the Trump administration is lying to you about Epstein by watching the actions of Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Dan Bongino. If Bongino resigns or is fired, you know a cover-up is in force. 

Real Deep State

Could the current Attorney General of the United States be a holdover from the Deep State that Trump has been confronting for nearly a decade? Pam Bondi did the President no favors with her muddled statements on Epstein. Was she party to a conspiracy? 

Better Attorney General?

Is Pam Bondi really the best America has to offer? Could Trump have not found someone more credible? Nobody believes she is telling the truth about Epstein. 

Not Just Here

Every illegal alien that receives benefits from government is exploiting the taxpayer because to borrow a phrase from Barack Obama's speechwriters in regard to Obamacare they have "no skin in the game". Add to that the crimes migrants commit beyond merely breaking into our country, and you must see why we need the aggressive enforcement of immigration law we are now witnessing. The less that is taken by those who do not belong here, the more that may be provided for those that do. 

Anarchy and Lawlessness

The mayor of a city or governor of a state can't simply contravene Federal law. The United States had a Civil War in the 1860's that established who has primacy, and that is the national government. We have one immigration policy not fifty in each of the several states, nor hundreds more in different cities. Trump is enforcing the border and the law of the land. If you believe this course of action is wrong, win some elections and change the laws, but don't attack police and ICE agents for protecting our country. 

Losing All Credibility

Do you still trust Pam Bondi? After the Epstein debacle, many have lost faith in the Attorney General. Even I am skeptical now about her truthfulness.  

Partisans and Liars

The mainstream media with the exception of FOX News are propagandists for the (political) Left. They report a weather-caused tragedy as if it was somehow the fault of Trump and the Republicans and gun homicides as if the weapon got up and loaded itself before going off with no human agency behind the trigger. The dinosaur press is filled with despicable people who want to advance the progressive agenda. They take a side, the wrong one, while pretending to be objective. Mourn your loss. Love your neighbor, but do not believe the smear merchants reporting their agenda-driven "facts". 

Danger of Water

I remember the "millennial flood" in my hometown of Nashville, Tennessee in May of 2010. Until you are in such an event, you can't imagine water's power and speed. You will not be able to conceive of how fast an area goes from bone dry to completely inundated. I have witnessed from afar, many killed at Arkansas campgrounds when a flood occurred with a rapidity that none could have anticipated, and just now am mourning the Texas tragedy. If you are where water is rapidly rising, it may already be too late. Then again, you can't always stay up on a mountain either. 

The "Gay Guy"

Is Mayor Pete the best Presidential candidate the DemocRATS can muster? He did not even particularly distinguish himself as mayor of tiny South Bend, Indiana. Buttigieg failed miserably as Transportation Secretary, yet he appears to be the leading contender for the Presidential nomination by that flailing party in 2028. He will not be President though as Black men, who tend to be a strong constituency for DemocRATS, will not vote in large numbers for someone who is homosexual. 

Completely Beclowned Party

The DemocRATS now have more open hatred of Jews than they did when the Ku Klux Klan was a force in the party after America's Civil War. They just had a "leader" make a filibuster-type speech to block the Big, Beautiful Bill that stopped nothing. One of their leading Presidential candidates Governor "Newscum", as Trump so aptly calls him, is out looking for support in early primary state South Carolina, instead of being back at home helping to fight the largest fire of the year now striking California. The Jackass Party is certainly living down to its image. Happy Independence Day! 

No to "Grandstanding"

The "Big, Beautiful Bill" is not perfect but is vastly better than its alternative, which would allow the largest tax increase in American history to come into being. We should not permit the will of one Representative who has garnered a couple of hundred thousand votes to overcome the sound judgement of a President who has secured the support of over seventy million voters. In this instance, Trump is absolutely correct that this bill must become law. 

No Gaza Ceasefire!

Any truce in Israel's war on terror that permits the survival of Hamas as an organization is a defeat for the Jewish State. Netanyahu wants the living hostages released back to their families, but the fate of twenty or so people is not worth the ultimate cost that would be that Jews tolerate barbarism inflicted on their women, children, and even babies, and will allow the perpetrators of the outrage to survive to conduct future October Seventh-type massacres. If Hamas slips away, the future of Jews in the Holy Land is placed in peril. 

Colorado Jew Lynching

It does not matter if a Jew suffers death by bullets at the periphery of Gaza or murder by burning in Boulder. Both events carry on the evil work of Hitler. To protect ourselves, we must remain ever vigilant. To save our People, we must preserve Israel as our place of sanctuary, for days such as those we now confront.
