Lunacy and Treason

There are two sexes. There are a minuscule number of people born intersex. Catering to mentally-warped folks does not help them and destroys society at large. Pretending a conspiracy existed between a Presidential candidate and later the President and a foreign adversary in the service of advancing the other major political party and a far-left agenda left us vulnerable to conflict with that adversary (Russia). What we see happening now in the Ukraine has some roots in the stoking of tension by Hillary Clinton, Team Obama, and his compromised Vice President Joe Biden. What they did was stability-shaking, peace-threatening treachery.

Ukraine Attacks Moscow?

Ukrainian forces have recaptured a few bits of territory from the invaders. You will NEVER see the Ukrainians take a meter of Russia itself, because Kyiv had no ambition to grab land from Putin.

The New Reality

Large swathes of formerly Ukrainian territory may never be controlled by Kyiv again. The Ukraine may not be fully taken by Putin's forces, but the Ukrainian military is not strong enough to completely evict the Russians. Putin might be excluded from the community of nations from now on, but I doubt he will give back his military gains, but rather declare them to be part of Russia or a new polity aligned with Moscow under some puppet leader.

Status Quo Ante

It is entirely possible that without obliterating the population of the Ukraine with nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons that Russia will never be able to fully conquer their neighbor; however, the Ukrainians are unlikely to be able to fully expel Russian forces from all their (now former) territory. This might lead to a constant state of war between the two, even if it is only limited fighting at what now might be established as new borders. Russian forces using conventional means may well never be able to subdue the Ukrainians, but the Ukrainians lack the strength on their own to push Russian forces back within their original boundaries.

Simply Standing Pat

What if Putin decides to advance no farther, and Russia entrenches in the Ukraine where it has gained ground? Do we sanction them forever? Do we exclude Russia from the community of nation's so long as Putin remains in control? I would conclude so long as Putin remains their dictator, Russia must be isolated.

Merely a Terrorist

When you rain fire down on cities, blow up hospitals, and bomb theaters full of children, you are no better than a mass murderer. Putin is the nominal head of a nation, but in reality, he heads up a gang of bloodthirsty thugs who hold Russia hostage.

Putin's New Aim

It seems Russia is giving up the idea of conquering the Ukraine. Now, Putin may settle for Russia not suffering national mortification.

Only One Superpower

Russia is a kleptocracy that happens to be mineral rich and has nuclear weapons. Hundreds of millions live in poverty in Red China. Only the Unted States has a powerful military and an economy to match.

Facing New Empires

The United States has been forced to confront empires in the past. America faced off against the Spanish Empire, and in the end, that empire was eliminated. A half century later, the US was attacked by the Empire of Japan. Less than five years later, that empire was no more. Russia and Red China no doubt have imperial ambitions, but both should realize a nation that vanqishes empires remains ready and able to protect freedom around the globe.

Hitler Versus Stalin?

Putin is neither Hitler nor Stalin. He is PUTIN and that is bad enough. Already thousands are dead, that need not be, save for the war of aggression launched by Little Vlad. The Ukraine was not about to attack Russia and posed no threat to their vastly larger, nuclear-armed neighbor. Everyone seeks parallels in history, but there is no direct precursor to Putin. Perhaps, he fancies himself a new Tsar without the Divine Right or the noble heritage. In reality, Putin may well be a paranoid psychopath.

A Delusional Paranoiac

Neither NATO nor the United States was going to launch an attack on Russia, whether the Ukraine sought admission into NATO or not. Putin, if he is sane must know this, so one would have to assume Putin has lost his mind, or was just looking for any pretext to recreate the Russian Empire. So is Putin a lunatic or does he want to be a Tsar? Either way, Putin is a danger to the whole world.

Into Eternal Fire

I think hell must be seeing heaven, in all its beauty and glory, and knowing you will never be admitted. It must be like buying a house next to the country club you always wanted to join and then being blackballed, but millions of times worse.

Easy to Believe

The ancient hatred of the Jewish people is just as prevalent as ever. "Never again" and embarrassment over the Holocaust quickly evaporated in Europe, with folks despising Jews and being open about it all over the continent. Some of those haters are recent immigrants from Islamic countries, some second or third genearation on the continent after arriving from the Muslim world, and some just old-fashioned Nazis. No longer limited to the lands of the Shoah, the New World is now increasingly seeing open animus toward Jews, as I have personally experienced in the gab septic tank. Gab is filled with conspiracy theories, Holocaust denial, and rife with allegations that the faults of the world should be laid at the feet of those nasty Hebrews. To you on gab who want to harm my family, we learned the lesson of the Shoah and will defeat you this time.

Hard to Understand

Why would people who want to commit a second Holocaust bother to deny the Shoah? Just embrace your evil self, admit you hate the Jews, and celebrate the fact that the Nazis murdered around six million Jewish folks. If you want to finish us off, there is no reason not to proclaim that the initial effort under Hitler was just the warm-up for what you want to do in the future.

Nazis on gab

I would be mortified if someone called me a "Nazi", but on the gab social media site, some users proudly proclaim themselves "Nazis". I feel somewhat sorry for folks that are so warped but also recognize they can present a real danger. It is a shame some people allow senseless hatred to dominate their lives.

Sleeping with Scorpions

America cozying up to the Islamic Republic of Iran is like bedding down in a sleeping bag filled with scorpions. It is possible to get a good night's rest but not very likely. If you let your guard down around a mortal danger, it is quite possible you will never wake up again.

Iran Implacable Enemy

The United States should not continue to seek a renewed nuclear agreement with the Islamic Republic of Iran. America should not be buying oil from them either. When the religious fanatics that dominate the people of Iran shout "death to America", they mean it. When they chant "death to the Jews", they are actively building atomic weapons in the hope of achieving that. Iran is not just a bad actor, but the ringleader of Shia End-Timers bent not just on erasing Israel, but on initiating the apocalypse to bring their long dead prophet back to life.

Is Poland Next?

War, even if it starts simply with spillover violence from the Ukraine, may well come to Poland. And just as in 1939, it will set off a World War. At that point, due to treaty commitments, NATO would be in and the entire world would be engulfed in the conflagration.

A Sudeten Lie

Ukrainians were NOT murdering ethnic Russians before the Putin invasion. This is a Goebbels'-like Big Lie to justify slaughter. Only Hitler was Hitler, but Putin is doing a passable imitation.

War Against Humanity

When you attack hospitals, gun down fleeing families, and engage in mass rape, you are not at war against the Ukraine. Putin is attacking the entire human race. We stand against wars of aggression. Those who engage in war crimes must face the judgement of those who still live within the bounds of civilization.

A Russian Discussion

The people of Russia are overwhelming opposed to Putin's invasion of the Ukraine. Unfortunately, ordinary folks in Russia have NO voice in the governance of their country. The Russian populace are almost as victimized by Putin as the Ukrainians are.

A Hitler Moment

Blowing up a maternity hospital and a children's hospital are par for the course for Nazis and for Putin too. Whatever Putin fancies himself, the devil loves him as well.

Putin Did That

Do you think Russian troops would be raping Ukrainian women if Putin did not condone it? Do you think Russians would not be shelling evacuation corridors if Putin was not supporting this war crime? Every atrocity committed against Ukrainians is brought to you courtesy of Vladimir Putin.

Biden Did This

Fading old Joe is the one damaging America. It is not at this point COVID. It is not Putin or the Ukraine invasion. What is quickly wrecking our nation are the self-inflicted wounds from the Biden regime. Russia did not cause the United States to curtail the domestic production of oil. Biden is solely to blame for that.

The Tall Grass

Joe Biden does not simply misspeak. At this point in his decline, Biden has no idea what is going on in the world around him, including a collapsing economy and a potential world war. Biden conflates the Ukraine, Iran, and Russia. He is the lost ball in the tall grass, and he has our lives in his increasingly shaky hands.

One Man's Life

Throughout history the freedom and even life of an individual have not been worth very much. From ancient times under Pharaohs and emperors, to feudal kings and lords, to modern totalitarian dictators, the overlords have negated the value of liberty and sanctity of life. When America was established, finally a place was created where the rights of the person took precedence over the whims of the state or the leader. Plenty of countries have never revered freedom. Russia under bloody-handed despot Putin today despises human rights and places little value on human life.

Replaced With Jefferson

If Putin disappears from the scene, does that necessarily mean he will be followed by anyone better? Will a great committed democrat and friend to the West and human rights suddenly emerge to lead Russia? That is an open question, and it should be remembered that someone even worse might succeed Putin.

A Diminished America

Our diminished capacity usurper has not just brought down our nation. By weakening the United States so comprehensively (economically, prestige-wise, even our defense), he has opened the world up to wars of aggression not seen since World War II. You must only blame Putin for his military adventure against a neighbor that did not threaten Russia, but Putin should thank Biden for showing America's soft underbelly in Afghanistan, demonstrating to all that under corrupt and fading old Joe, the US was willingly abandoning our status as a super power.

Who Is Fading?

Whatever, if anything, is wrong with Putin, at least he can put a sentence together. Vladimir knows the difference between the Ukraine and Iran, and so far has only demonstrated the inclination to conquer one of them. Putin may well be evil, but at this point, Joe Biden is just pitiful.

Biden's Great Ideas

Biden wants your car to run on sunshine. On cloudy days, old Joe wants unicorn smiles to power up your engine. You must have faith in the regime, and if we all just believe strongly enough, Biden's America will sprout just like Jack's beanstalk, and we all know this is no fable but as true a story as everything Joe is saying now in the State of the Union address.

Protecting Ukrainian Independence

I support the free people of the Ukraine. It is not up to America or even Europe to fight Russia. That is the duty of Ukranians, and so far, they seem to be doing that very well. The world hanged people after World War II for doing what Putin is attempting. Stand strong Ukrainians. Decent folks are praying for your survival and victory over the evil that stalks you.
