How Many Tweets

How many "Tweets" make a President successful? I do recall all the marvelous ones from Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln- how about FDR and Reagan and their unifying "Tweets"- I think it may be time, for President Trump to slow down on "Tweets" and focus on governing.
