The Obama Response

Barack Hussein Obama has denounced the attacks on Paris. Obama continues to insist that he will not use ground troops to root out the Islamic State. There is no way America can defeat the caliphate without ground forces in large numbers. Obama is against IS but not against them enough to actually vanquish them. Half measures never produce victory. The West and Russia can not win a cost-free war against the Islamists.
