Over the Top

Only those in the grasp of Trump Derangement Syndrome (I do no know who to credit for coining "TDS"), think any justice was just administered in Manhattan. Trump was not given a fair trial, but one with a predetermined outcome to rid Joe Biden of his chief political rival. Events of this nature are not supposed to happen in the United States, indeed in any developed country that is considered a democracy, but we just witnessed this horror inflicted not only on Donald Trump, but more importantly, on America. 

Not Since Salem

Donald Trump does not in the American system have to prove his innocence. One fact is certain though in the current trial. Trump has not been demonstrated to be guilty of any criminal offense. The once and hopefully future President has only committed the offense of being himself, which appears to be a felony in Manhattan. 

System on Trail

No individual is "above the law", at least not since the Magna Carta in nations abiding by norms of jurisprudence and not under a Stalin or Hitler. Neither though should anyone be regarded as beneath the protection of law and not worthy of its fair application. Donald John Trump has just been subjected to a show trial in the great Soviet tradition in Manhattan. After careful scrutiny of the proceedings, I have concluded that the former President is indeed guilty . . . of breathing, but that is his only offense.  

Carbon Credit Integrity

The Biden regime is establishing regulations to "ensure carbon credit integrity". This notion is risible on its face. There undoubtedly is climate change as it occurs constantly with the moon and the tides, imperceptible changes in earth's rotation, and other factors that have nothing to do with human activity. It is the height of hubris to think my SUV or your gas stove is killing the planet, yet Team Biden is supplanting the real carbon-based economy with a carbon allotment one wherein they and their close cronies are bound to profit like emperors. 

America's Great Race?

For generations, the Indianapolis 500 was undeniably the most significant automobile race in the United States. Then, some hillbillies, many of whom ran illegal liquor, decided they could race cars too. They so far surpassed Indy cars that it is no longer even a contest. Those country boys, fill up a raceway with more folks than the 500 draws, more than a dozen times per year. Indianapolis and open cockpit racing is still thrilling, but America's iconic competitions now clearly involve modified stock cars. 

For the Billionaires?

The Republicans were traditionally seen as the party of the wealthy. Recently, most of the ultra-rich have not supported the GOP but the party of Biden. Now, a handful of primarily Jewish magnates have switched their support to Donald Trump because they rightly believe crooked and fading old Joe has harmed Israel. These financiers did not switch to Republicans because they want to feather their own nests but because they are trying to stop the looming erasure of the Jews and their State. 

The Kennedy Factor

I like Robert Kennedy Jr  but will not waste my vote on him. I appreciate that he stood against people being compelled to take the COVID shots, but he is far too radical on the environment for my taste. I believe he will draw more votes from corrupt old fading Joe than Trump. 

Friend or Foe?

The vast majority of the people in Iran, Persians, Bahai, Kurds, members of the Sunni minority, even Shia, who one would expect to follow their mullahs, actually love America and Israel. Unfortunately, these are not the people in the Islamic Republic with the guns. The Ayatollah is not popular. In fact, he is hated by most Iranians. If there ever was a country ripe for Western intelligence services to foment a successful revolution, it would be this theocratic fascist dystopia. 

Know Your Enemies

Do you remember the so-called "students" that captured the American embassy in Tehran in 1979? The mob in Iran was shouting "death to America" and screaming that the United States was "the Great Satan", even back then (in Farsi) though some of the signs they held up for the world media displayed that same message in English so that it was clear for all to see. The government-backed demonstrators also started chanting that "the Little Satan" was the Zionist entity, all those decades back. The leaders that oppress the Persian people still believe those sick sentiments and call on or force a large number of their citizens to take to the streets to denounce the US and Israel today. This is not mere rhetoric to the mad mullahs but the plan they are implementing every day. Bizarrely, Joe Biden has sent this arch foe billions of dollars, that the ayatollahs now use to further foment terrorism and the rise of the Shia empire. All this while the Biden regime is holding back munitions that the IDF needs to prevail in their war for the survival of the Jewish State. Israel remains the most reliable ally America has in the Middle East, and Iran is still committed to murdering Israelis and Americans. 

Know Your Friends

Israel has just as many allies now as the Jews had in trying not to be murdered by Hitler. That is almost nobody beyond the Jews themselves and not even all of them are standing for Israel. Is it any wonder that the country that brought the world the Inquisition would be among the first to recognize the fictional "nation of Palestine"? Face it folks, Spain has the same regard for Jewish People now as they had when Torquemada was at work. Ireland was another place that just blessed "Palestine", which is entirely unsurprising when you consider that those supporting the Irish Republican Army and Sinn Fein celebrate the murder of innocent Israelis almost as joyously as the so-called "Palestinians" do themselves. If Zionists have to stand alone for the survival of the Jewish State, then so be it! 

An International Mockery

A so-called "court" comprised of Israel-haters has indicted the leaders of the front line country in the fight against terrorism for defending their nation from an unprovoked attempted genocide. Hitler would be proud of the International Criminal Court.

The bloody-handed dictator of Iran who had oppressed the Persian people is now answering to a Higher Power. Such a fate could not have happened to a more deserving fellow. Now, Hitler and Stalin will have a new companion in their eternal suffering. 

Finding Intelligent Life

Earth-bound scientists report that alien power plants may exist millions of light years from our planet. If so, there is surely intelligent life beyond this world, which is grand, since so little of it resides on this mortal coil. 

Nashville Transportation Plan

You can sum Mayor Freddie O'Connell's plan for my hometown up thusly: do everything to make private ownership and use of gasoline and/or diesel powered vehicles as difficult as possible, thereby forcing Nashvillians into the public transit system he intends to spend our money lavishly on, and of course, more bicycle lanes to further compress motor traffic by denying cars, motorcycles, and trucks those lanes. Did you want to be on public transportation just a few years back, when the rider next to you was coughing a deadly virus all through the coach? 

Emboldening Israel's Enemies

Israel was attacked on October 7, 2023 by Hamas, but that assault could not have taken place without the training, backing, and funding of Iran. The terrorists who entered Israel must be seen as the vanguard of the Islamic Republic. From the start of the current conflict, the IDF has been battling not just jihadists from Gaza, or even Gaza and Lebanon, but Iran and its proxies stretching into Yemen and Syria. The Jewish State is not the bully pushing little Palestinians down, but the victim under siege from relentless Iranian-orchestrated attacks. When the Biden regime withholds the military equipment that Israel has paid for, it is encouraging ever worsening violence against Israel, the only nation that shares Western values in the Middle East. 

Idiocy of Appeasement

Will the Biden regime attempts to assuage the Islamic Republic turn Iran into an ally? Has not blocking the mad mullahs from moving closer to their goal of attaining nuclear weapons made the world a more peaceful place? Has Tehran moved away from terror and trying to grow into the hegemon of the region by funding and training proxy groups after America released frozen funds? No, in fact, with every concession by Team Biden, the Iranians have only grown more aggressive. Stunningly, while placating archenemy Iran, the United States has started sanctioning Israel, our one consistent partner in the Middle East. A wise nation punishes foes and protects friends, but the USA under current leadership does not seem particularly smart. 

West Virginia Justice

I do not live or vote in the Mountaineer State, but if I did, I would certainly vote for Jim Justice to be the next US Senator after he dominated the Republican primary. He is an authentic small government, big freedom conservative who supports the MAGA movement. Justice is also all about service to his constituents, as he demonstrated during his successful governorship. While not a native, I have followed West Virginia closely as my Dad delivered newspapers there in his early days and the woman I was in my longest relationship with was from there. Save America and boost your home state by standing with Jim Justice. 

The Blinken Betrayal

US Secretary of State Blinken is duty-bound to protect America. Does his selling out our most reliable ally in the Middle East advance the security interests of the United States? As a Jew, Antony is revealing to the world that he is just another kapo. 

The Campus Cancer

At some of America's leading universities, faculty has linked arms to protect the Hamas enthusiasts illegally camping on the quads from police ordered to disperse them. In the relatively rare instances any of these hooligans are actually arrested, they are almost universally released with only an order to appear later and out on their own recognizance. Only a handful anywhere have even had to post bond, which is nominal in these cases. What are the professors protecting protesters from with their blanket of solidarity? It is really just a kinship in hating Zionists and the Jewish State which is often campus-wide, except for Jewish students and the righteous Gentiles who do not ant to see another Holocaust. The Chris Van Hollen types who are now criticizing their own party members who still stand with Israel and against the persecution of Jewish Americans are wrong that the mob of student protesters are the "conscience of the nation". They are actually a blight to freedom loving and decent folks everywhere. 

Think About This

The United States is offering Israel "sensitive intelligence" as to the exact locations of Hamas leaders and the hostages they are holding in Gaza in exchange for the IDF standing down from a major operation in Rafah. In other words, the Biden regime has known and knows the location of those kidnapped on October 7, 2023 but refuses to share that with Netanyahu, preferring to hold it back as a hedge against Israeli action, even though many of the hostages have been killed and some of those still alive or already murdered are or were American citizens. We all are aware Black lives matter, but to Team Biden evidently, Jewish lives don't. 

Theater of Absurd

The New York travesty imposed on Donald Trump is a trial in search of a crime. Since when are nondisclosure agreements illegal? Civil settlements would be rare to nonexistent without these confidentiality pacts. Since when is an innocent but wealthy man trying to make a nuisance go away by paying it to leave a crime? If Trump did indeed commit adultery, is it against the law for him to buy the silence of his paramour to keep his marriage and family intact? Since when does a mischaracterization of an accounting item rise to level of multiple felonies? The only person on earth to ever face this type of whole cloth, concocted charges is Donald Trump. 

The Worst Kapo

It was possible, at least at the start, that Jews working on behalf of the Nazis, did not recognize the degree of perfidy that they were engaged in against their own people. It is impossible, with the world knowing that history for decades, that Chuck Schumer does not know he is knifing his coreligionists in our backs. The New York DemocRAT will now always be known as loyal to party but a betrayer of his faith. 

Essence of Evil

Biden "had Israel's back" after Jews were slaughtered on October 7, 2023. Joe said he would stand "shoulder to shoulder" with Netanyahu. Well, in the event, action did not back words. Is Hamas defeated? No, did Hamas cease offensive action? No, they fired a 114mm rocket a few days back that killed four IDF soldiers who were tasked with keeping aid flowing into Palestinians in Gaza. Have the jihadi terrorists released their hostages? Nope, Hamas has done none of these things, but Biden has stopped supplying the military equipment Congress has authorized him to supply to the Jewish State. Hamas is a demonic aggressor, and now Biden with this betrayal is propping up their survival in a battle with the only democracy and sole reliable ally that the United States has in the Middle East. 

Not the Bully

Israel was not the aggressor in the war with Gaza. Hamas was, and these genocidal terrorists continue to murder Israelis and hold hostages. There is a perception that Israel is the Goliath and the Palestinians poor little David, but it is not the gunmen of Gaza the IDF is fighting but Iran and all its proxies, from Rafah to Yemen, from Damascus to Beirut, everywhere Tehran has tentacles stirring jihad. More broadly, Israel is in conflict not with a few thousand terrorists, but with nearly half a billion Arabs and around two billion Muslims of which only a small percentage will even abide the existence of the Jewish State. The Jews are the imperiled underdog with virtually the whole world against them, now that even Biden is holding back the arms shipments essential for the very survival of Israel. 

Must Destroy Hamas

Israel must obliterate Hamas. If the IDF fails to do this, Hezbollah, a much more powerful jihadist group, will be emboldened to unleash more attacks from Lebanon. Iran will begin to view the Jewish State rightly as a mere paper tiger and not be deterred from unleashing nuclear weapons. Every Islamist on earth will be heartened that the Caliphate is on the rise, and Israel will be doomed to soon be the entity disappearing from the globe. 

Ammunition Being Withheld

Now Israel's "best ally" America is slow walking the delivery of some of the crucial war supplies that the Jewish State needs to prevail, perhaps to even survive. You see the Biden regime while they do not seem to want the IDF to lose, does not want them to win outright either. Team Biden is afraid of losing Arab and Muslim votes in the upcoming election. For the Jews, this is not about how anyone votes but their personal survival and that of the Jewish State. Netanyahu must restore deterrence because Hamas is still attacking with the Islamic Republic of Iran waiting in the wings to finish off their mortal foe. 

Just Admit It

For those Hamas enthusiasts across the globe shouting for Jews to "go back to Poland", just say what you really mean. You do not want Jews in Israel, in Poland, or breathing anywhere on earth. You want Jews eradicated everywhere. 

Advice Rabbi Shmuley

Rabbi Shmuley is extremely courageous for going into the heart of the lion's den in the Jew-hate protests. He is also incredibly foolhardy to expose himself to being beaten (which will certainly happen) and possibly even being murdered. If he continues, which I caution against, the rabbi must retain bodyguards, because police will NOT be there at some point when he angers the mob to protect him. We have too many martyrs already, and I never want to hear the rabbi has been injured or worse for what he may see as bravery but which most would call stupidity. 

On "Palestinian" Rights

Like every other human being, Arabs living in the area some mistakenly consider Palestine, deserve a fairly elected government of their choice to represent their interests. Do "Palestinians" enjoy self-determination, freedom of conscience, or the right to worship the Lord as they please or to be atheists if they desire, under either Hamas or the Palestinian Authority? No, Palestinians are much less free under Abbas or Sinwar than they would be under Israeli rule. 

You Prick Us

I remember back in the 1980's at a brokerage where my parents were trading some stock, some Gentile acquaintances of ours who knew we were Jewish were loudly asking, "Do you think that Jew Boesky will tank the market?" after his scandal came to light. Then with Mom and I right there, one of them demanded of my father, "Why are all you Jews so crooked?" Needless to say we were about as far from those trading in the billions or hundreds of millions as we are from the Sun, and my father was not an insider to be able to pull off corrupt trades in the first place, but Boesky was a Jew and we were too, so somehow his impropriety was our fault, because in the twisted mind of the Jew-haters, if one Jew is guilty, all are. Well the same is true of Jews everywhere now being condemned for "genocide" in the righteous war of self-defense the IDF is having to wage in Gaza. To the anti-Semites who are so prevalent from Columbia University to the leader of the country of Columbia: "Go take long walks off short piers!"

Order or Anarchy

Just as in the 1960's, colleges have been subsumed b a protest movement. Unlike then, when the stakes were losing or running out of deferments and having to go to Vietnam, these hooligans are not concerned with personal safety but really just despise the Jewish State. Authorities in certain places let them run riot, but now have been compelled to act to end their illegal activities. Still, I would not want to be a Jew in these places that are demonstrating they are cesspools of antisemitism now that they have clearly abdicated any attempt to stop the persecution of so-called "Zionists" on campus.
