After the Texas mall massacre perpetrated by a Hispanic, another Latino allegedly used his vehicle to run over a crowd near the border with Mexico. Whether murdered with a gun or run over with a car, the victims ended up being just as harmed. Maybe we need "car reform" alongside the "gun reform" that some are demanding.
