Gun Ban Failure

In many places in the world, gun ownership is proscribed to civilians. In those places, crime is often rampant. In the few places where guns are forbidden that are not saturated with street crime, totalitarian regimes run roughshod over citizen's rights. The stupidity of gun control is observed even in American states, where the cities with the most regulations against firearm ownership have the most murders. Just look at Chicago as the prime example.
