What is happening in New York with Alvin Bragg and President Trump is of small consequence, a nuisance case, entirely without merit, and only brought to interfere in the upcoming election. The consequential court proceeding is the one before the United States Supreme Court. That one will establish whether Presidents in America are able to preside anymore, because without immunity, you have diminished, in fact crippled the Office ever thereafter.
