Separate the Aid

Most Americans at this point do not care about the Ukraine. They either never did, and did not want American resources squandered there, or they recognized how wrong Putin's aggression was, but now see much of the US money sent there vanished in a black hole of unaccountable corruption. Many in America still want Israel helped at this time of great peril for the Jewish State, and also would like enough US support delivered to Taiwan to preempt any invasion by Red China. It is largely only the Ukraine that folks think has seen too much of our help diverted away from fighting Russia already. There should be clean bills for Taiwan and Israel and a stand alone vote for Kyiv because voters here now recognize the endemic waste and graft there.
