Seeking Peace Partner

Neither Hamas (obviously) nor the Palestinian Authority actually want peace with the Jewish State. Iran, a regional menace pushing Shia hegemony, certainly does not seek peace, even if individual Iranians hate their leaders and have nothing against Israel. The Sunni states saw the  Jewish State as a hedge against the Islamic Republic, but do not go so far as to embrace Israel as an ally, even when they need the IDF as a deterrent to preserve their own regimes by blocking Iranian machinations. There are no great options to point to as being the long-term peace partner to fill the void when Hamas is vanquished, because few in the Muslim world and none with real power actually want peace with the Jews.
