Over Served Danger

It is not right to simply kick an intoxicated individual out of your bar. You recognize they are impaired and therefore, must provide a safe ride home (or to their motel or other accommodation) because you have already made the determination they are drunk. You can't just kick them out and leave them to their own devices. You must make every effort to protect someone who was just patronizing your business, and not leave them to the tender mercy of the street.
