Never a Win

The problem with conservatism in America is that in spite of the Right having better ideas, the Left controls all the institutions. Education is in the thrall of radicals. The entertainment industry is dominated by self-proclaimed "liberals" who have a great disdain for the Western civilization that enables them to ply their craft. The Courts thought to be a staid bulwark of the United States are just the opposite because almost no lawyers are genuinely conservative, and they become the judges, almost all of whom are squarely in the camp of the Left. So if you ask why the celebration of Texas being able to stem the invasion of the Southern border was short-lived, even though the Lone Star team had won before the United States Supreme Court, the answer is that Texas was constrained thereafter by a lower Court dominated by those against the Nation.
