Replaced With Jefferson

If Putin disappears from the scene, does that necessarily mean he will be followed by anyone better? Will a great committed democrat and friend to the West and human rights suddenly emerge to lead Russia? That is an open question, and it should be remembered that someone even worse might succeed Putin.
