On Election Theft

If the content a particular candidate wished to distribute was suppressed, have you really had a free and fair election? If the largest search site employs algorithms that favor one party and inhibit access to what the other side is attempting to convey, can we claim a straight vote has occurred? If one side's emails invariably end up in folks' spam filter but their opponents' messages are readily seen, has there been an unfair advantage?
